Had an awesome class with Abreah! Left super sweaty and feeling ready to take on the day. The class was a great mix of challenging and grounding. I loved the ab circuit we did towards the end. It was my first time so they gave me a tour of the studio and explained the flow of the circuits. The music was great and everyone around me was super motivated and upbeat. All in all it was a great way to differentiate my workouts!​​​​​​​

CJ was my trainer, super friendly, and made the workout challenging but also upbeat and fun. I really enjoyed the structure of the workouts: a few minutes of deep breathing, the HIIT exercises (including strength, cardio, and core exercises), and the yoga cool-down at the end. The workout was challenging but easy to follow.  you do have the opportunity to tailor your workout intensity in some capacity. Because I was so impressed with my first-day experience, I immediately signed up for a month of 16 sessions highly recommend. Truly, the prices of their workout packages are great and was definitely a selling point for me.


These trainers are highly professional they've helped me reach phase one of my ultimate goal in such short time. Their meal plans are amazing and tailored to your goals I def feel and look better.  They will give you the results that you are looking for. The trainers are super friendly and helpful. Michael is my instructor, he is so energetic, friendly, and fun. He makes every single workout fun, challenging and upbeat. Abreah and Will are so so nice and wonderful as well.
You will be surprised by how quickly your workout is done and the feeling you get after. These guys are the real deal...
